Ionocraft

An ionocraft or ion-propelled aircraft, commonly known as a lifter, is an electrohydrodynamic (EHD) device (utilizing an electrical phenomenon known as the Biefeld-Brown effect) to produce thrust in the air, without requiring any combustion or moving parts.
